Dr. Nataraj H M is Senior Consultant and Head of Orthopaedics at 5 Sports Health, Sarjapur Road. Over 25 years he has built a practice around knee and shoulder surgery, with a particular focus on robotic and computer-assisted joint replacement.

He completed his MBBS at KIMS Bangalore, an MS in Orthopaedics at KSHEMA Mangalore, and an MCh in Orthopaedics at the University of Seychelles — followed by fellowships in Knee and Shoulder Surgery in Italy, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine with ISAKOS, and Joint Replacement with ISHKS.

My recovery was progressing well, and I had slowly started regaining my strength. Unfortunately, during a recent journey on a BMTC bus, a sudden brake caused me to hold the supporting rod with my operated hand, resulting in a small jerk and increased shoulder pain.
